Sportdecals® takes pride in ensuring all orders are filled accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. Returns must be authorized by phone by a Customer Service specialists within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please contact Customer Service at 800-435-6110.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Voucher or replacement towards a future order will be offered for defective, shipping damaged or misprinted items. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. If an event date is missed and we are at fault, please contact us to discuss satisfactory options.
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- The blank garments were not made to a standard level of suitable quality and are flawed.
- The customization of the garment (i.e. the printing or embroidery) is subpar and does not meet expectations that are reasonable and fair.
- The design of the final product is significantly different from the final proof approved by the customer It is the customer’s responsibility to proof the artwork to ensure it is correct and accurate.
The customer should review the proof for spelling, proper grammar, correct color, and expected layout of artwork and design. Once all aspects of the customized product have been reviewed and approved, the customer is then responsible for the artwork produced. Sportdecals® is unable to accept returns of custom products unless there is manufacturing defect as reasonably determined by us..
