FILL-IN ORDERS

In the event you need to order additional items after your initial order has been fulfilled, we will do everything possible to provide you with value pricing and fast delivery.

  • For decal and decal related products, your price will be the same as your original order and additional items ship within 5 business days.
  • For decorated apparel, we may recommend using DTF direct-to-film printing to help prevent costly screen charges. This decoration method provides the same imprint colors as your original items and helps to expedite your order.

For apparel, depending on the quantity and number of imprint colors required, Sportdecals reserves the right to decorate replacement garments using DTF direct-to-film.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Sportdecals® takes pride in ensuring all orders are produced accurately, on time, and are of the highest quality. However, some mistakes are not able to be rectified by providing new items. In those instances, we can only authorize a return by contacting a Customer Service specialist within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please contact Customer Service at 800-435-6110.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. A Sportdecals Gift Card will be offered for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If an event date is missed and we are at fault, please contact us to discuss other satisfactory options.

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • The blank garments were not made to a standard level of suitable quality and are flawed.
  • The customization of the garment (i.e. the printing or embroidery) is subpar and does not meet expectations that are reasonable and fair.
  • The design of the final product is significantly different from the final artwork as approved by the customer.

Sportdecals® is unable to accept returns of custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect as reasonably determined by us.

FILL-IN ORDERS

We’re happy to add a few extra pieces for you — pricing for short runs will be slightly higher since fill-in’s are outside of the original order and setup time is the same. We’ll honor your original artwork and imprint colors so everything matches perfectly, and we’ll waive most setup fees depending on the decoration required.

  • For decal and decal related products, your price will be the same as your original order and additional items ship within 5 business days.

  • For these decorated garments, our recommendation would be DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. This method maintains the integrity of your imprint colors and streamlines production. Screen printing is available upon request; however, it is a higher-cost method compared to DTF.

All orders are double counted and quality checked before packing. We guarantee 100% accuracy. Please count your goods upon receipt. Claims of shortage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
