Choosing the Right Hat Placement for Your Custom Design
Custom hats are a powerful way to showcase your brand, team, or personal style - but one of the most important decisions in the process is deciding where your logo or design should be placed. Whether you're creating hats for a company , team, event, or resale, the placement can make a big difference in visibility and style. Let's break down the four most popular options:
1. Front Placement
This is by far the most common and boldest placement for custom logos. It's front and center - perfect for maximum visibility. Ideal for large logos, monograms, or main branding.
Recommended Logo Size:
- Width: 4" to 5"
- Height: 2" to 2.25"
This gives a strong visual impact without overpowering the hat.
2. Left Side Placement
The subtle placement is great for secondary branding, minimalist designs, or when you want to keep things sleek and low-profile.
Recommended Logo Size:
- Width: 2" to 2.5"
- Height:Â 1" to 1.25"
It's a modern choice that works well

Screen printed t-shirts are a staple in many wardrobes, cherished for their unique designs and personal significance. However, improper washing and drying can lead to faded prints, cracked designs, and worn-out fabric. To keep your favorite tees looking fresh and vibrant, follow these expert tips:

- Soak and Agitate: Let the shirts soak for at least 10 minutes, then gently agitate the water to clean.
- Rinse and Dry: Rinse thoroughly with cool water and gently wring out excess water. Hang on a rounded hanger to air dry.
If you prefer machine washing, the process is similar but

When it comes to custom apparel, sports gear, or promotional products, every detail matters. One such detail that plays a crucial role in design and branding is the imprint location. But what exactly is an imprint location, and why is it important? Let's dive in.
Defining "Imprint Location"
Simply put, an imprint location is the specific area on an item - be it a t-shirt, hoodie, hat, or water bottle - where your logo, design, or message will be applied. It's the canvas for your customization, the spot where your team name, mascot, or slogan gets its time to shine. Selecting the right imprint location ensures your branding is not just visible, but also impactful.
Popular Imprint Locations for Apparel
When designing custom apparel, certain imprint locations are especially popular due to their visibility and aesthetic appeal:
- Front Chest: This is a prime location for team logos, company names, or standout graphics. It's typically centered and grabs attention immediately.
- Left Chest: greater
