Decals are a fantastic way to personalize and enhance your gear, whether it's a helmet, wall, or floor. To ensure your decals stay vibrant and securely in place, follow these essential tips for application, care, and removal.
Storage Tips
Proper store is key to maintaining the quality of your decals:
- Store them in an air-conditioned space to prevent damage from heart or humidity.
- To avoid curling, place the decals upside down and weigh them down with a flat, heavy object.
Application Tips
Applying decals correctly ensures they look great and last longer:
1. Helmet Decals:
- Clean the helmet thoroughly, but avoid waxing it before application
- Position the decal carefully, aligning it with snaps, mounts, or ear holes for a perfect fit
- Start by sticking the middle part of the decal and press outward to smooth it down. If wrinkles appear, peel up the edge and reset it
- Make any adjustments quickly, as the adhesive sets fast
2. Wall Decals:
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application

The Transformative Power of Sports on Mental Health
In a world that moves faster than ever, mental health has emerged as a cornerstone of overall well-being. Amidst the hustle, sports have proven to be more than just a source of physical fitness - they're a lifeline for mental health. Here's a deep dive into how sports positively impact our minds, improve resilience, and foster a stronger sense of self.
Physical Activity's Role in Mental Health
At the heart of sports lies movement, and movement is magic for the mind. Physical activity stimulates the production of endorphins - the brain's natural "feel-good" chemicals - helping to reduce stress and combat feelings of anxiety and depression. Additionally, regular engagement in sports can improve sleep quality, boost energy levels, and enhance focus, all of which contribute to a more balanced mental state.
A Break from Everyday Stress

Foster Team Pride and School Spirit
When your season draws to a close, it's not just about the final scores on the scoreboard; it's about celebrating the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the players. End-of-season awards play a crucial role in recognizing and rewarding players for their contributions to the team. In recent years, the trend of awarding custom products such as mini-helmets, t-shirts, and yard signs has gained popularity, not only as tokens of appreciation but also as powerful tools for promoting team pride and school spirit.
Go Beyond Medals
While traditional medals and trophies have their own charm, custom products offer a unique and personal touch to end-of-season awards. Mini helmets adorned with the team logo and player's name, specially designed t-shirts, and eye-catching yard signs serve as tangible reminders of the season's accomplishments. These items go beyond being mere symbols of victory; they become cherished keepsakes that players can proudly display

Football is one of the most physical sports played in the United States. Athletes that play football are plagued by injuries even though they do what they can to protect their bodies. The right equipment is extremely important when it comes to protecting oneself from hard tackles as well as normal injuries.
As pad and helmet technology continue to evolve, players are safer now than they ever have been, but that doesn’t mean that players aren’t going to get hurt. Wearing too much protection on your body can limit your range of motion or cause you to be less agile than if you were wearing no pads at all, so it’s a delicate balance to find the right pads when playing certain positions.
Not every position utilizes the same types of pads during a game. For example, a quarterback needs to be able to move around quicker than say an offensive lineman, so the quarterback pads are lighter and less bulky than those of the player right on the line of scrimmage trying to stop the defenders from attacking.

Running has become one of the most popular pastimes over the last couple decades and it shows no signs of slowing down. It’s a great way to get your daily exercise as well as a way to help your mind and body relax. The best part is, it doesn’t require a team, a court/field, or any other sort of extra equipment aside from a pair of shoes, so anyone can jump into it with ease.
One of the most popular things for runners to do is to run local and national races. These races are typically distance races, but you can find other types of races that include obstacles or other events mixed in (like a triathlon or an ironman).
If you’ve never done a local race before and want to get into it, we highly suggest starting off with a 5k near your home. There are always different organizations, schools, and groups, hosting races throughout the country at any given time, so there is a good chance that you’ll be able to find an upcoming race in your area.
But that’s just the first step. Finding the race

Coming up with summer activities can be hard for some parents, but it’s essential to helping keep kids active and focused while they still have an opportunity to relax their minds from the pressures of school.
We don’t believe that children should be pressured into being in different activities every hour of every day during their summer break, but doing something other than laying on the couch and playing video games for 3 months, will help keep their minds sharp and their bodies in shape.
There are a number of different activities, sports, and camps that your children can do while enjoying the weather outside this summer, and even some that take place inside. Here are some of our favorite ideas!
